Zhejiang Hotels with free airport shuttle

"No air conditioning - 28 centigrade in room and hotel staff wouldn't turn on the AC unit!!! No airport shuttle despite advertised on hotel spec."

"Staff was nice and helpful. However, the hotel is too old, and looks very run down. At around 1am, a rat appeared from behind the cabinets and scurried around behind the cabinets for a bit. I quickly asked staff for a different room. They told me there was none so i just told them to take me to the airport because no way i was going to sleep in a room with a rat scurring around. The front desk quickly got me another room and it was ok from there on. The pictures and reviews they post are...

"I was given to a room with no windows, at ground floor. Of course I could request to change but my purpose of stay is just one night for my transit. It look like a square box. Intend to call front desk through the room phone but phone without line number instructions."
