"The room was clean and tidy. Carrie and Demi at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was impressive with chefs that personally make freshly cooked noodles in front of you. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time!"

"The hotel is located in a commercial district and near upscale shopping malls, making shopping and dining convenient. The room is spacious, clean and stylish"

"Just a beautiful place"

"Excellent service, regardless of whether are you checking in or out, the staff treated you professionally and politely. The proximity to the malls around Wulin square and the Wulin night market is also a plus. But they need to review the "tastiness" of the breakfast. The breakfast has a respectable spread, what one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but the "tastiness" has many room for improvement."
