"Excellent stay. Room was clean and spacious. The washing machine and dryer worked very well too. Location was also good. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. The only area I could suggest for improvement was to allow cars to load and unload luggages in the sheltered carpark driveway linked to the hotel. I was just not allowed to do so and instead had to drag my luggages out in the snow onto the icy and uneven road to load the car parked along the roadside. "

"This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just can’t get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. We’ve now stayed here twice, and will return again."
