Love this hotel now for my kids and nieces/nephews. Our second time staying, despite bad white kids playing ding dong ditch on our door all night we had fun. Great place to bring the kids.

Beautifully updated hotel rooms and common areas! Friendly staff that is very accommodating with requests. The water park could use updating, but that didn’t stop us from having lots of fun. The poolside restaurant had a good food and drink menu with fast service. Our room was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast buffet was perfect for families and very affordable. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!

The experience was honestly amazing. The staff every single one was so kind and caring. They treated everyone amazing. They went above and beyond for me when my rental vehicle key fob was not working and 5 staff member included the front desk manager came and we put our heads together an opened it. When that didn’t work they gave us free food and allowed us to wait for roadside assistance comfortably. I will definitely recommend and will be back for sure. They were in such good spirits too with spring break and craziness happening! Keep up the great work! Ps food was great too!

Room was awesome - loved the set-up with the front "living room" style and a back bedroom. Only thing I didn't love was the waterpark was very dark - very little lighting beyond the natural light coming in thru windows. But overall awesome.
