"The property is not new but it is properly maintained. The location is a winner, close to EVERYTHING . The city is a University town plus Government . There are very good restaurants, bars ( for those interested ) , the University Museum exceeded all my expectations, all major displays were donated and were of true “ Museum First Class “ quality for those interested in antiquity and classical and contemporary art . "
