"The whole hotel had a slightly sticky feel to it in terms of cleanliness. They don’t clean the rooms daily, you have to ask for it. We asked after the first day and the room was not cleaned. We asked multiple times the next day and still not cleaned. We had to basically beg the people to clean the room/change sheets/give us fresh towels, asked the front desk several times and they finally came on our last night. Also they use some sort of very heavy scent that was heavy and cloying in the lobby and elevators. Terrible. "

"Yes i had a nice time the hot tub was the best. Kids was loud in halls had chips everywhere in halls. Staff was great!!!!"

"Many of the activities seem to be for younger kids I have two 14-year-olds and really the only thing interesting to them was the arcade or swimming. I hate that the pool closed so early by 8:00. With as much as there is to do in the dells by the time we got back to the hotel we only had about an hour to swim. And other than the jacuzzi area there was no adult area without kids."
