"Attractive and well appointed property in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. Would suggest a courtyard view room if it’s availability as central courtyard is beautifully set up. Concierge staff go out of their way to accommodate every request. Samantha and her colleagues made our stay perfect. They were helpful, cheerful and welcoming. We loved the “whiskey talk” and tasting. And thank you for the complimentary valentine champagne. A great place to stay in this lovely town."

"Very nice and quiet area. Can’t get any safer than Franklin Tn. Didn’t worry about a thing. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. A/C worked well. Refrigerator was cold. The amenities are slim, but I’m not using that against rating. I didn’t stay for amenities. It does have a nice pool. The drawback for me was no laundry room. Was on a long trip and could have done some washing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again."
