"I have stayed here before and really liked it but this time it was not as good. The shower was poor. The towels were not as good as before. They didn’t want to provide extra water like they did before. Just little things felt off."

"The Hotels location is very good Check in was very good Ms Senuri at the front desk was extremely helpful The Duty Manager Ms Bharshi extended her full cooperation. Big Thanks to both of them The food at the chinese restaurant was great The Spa is a total let down. Its not only far but a very average outlet. Not recommended Otherwise a great hotel "

"古さは否めないですが、コロニアルの歴史ある素敵なホテルでした。コロンボから少し離れた静かな立地と、スタッフの優しい笑顔。特にバーの2人の男性スタッフ。彼らは人懐っこい笑顔で親切、非常に真面目で優秀でした。毎朝のビュッフェには、本格的なカレーがたくさんあり、楽しめました。アメニティにはやはり、歯ブラシはありませんでしたが、それ以外は適当に揃っていました。他のスリランカの口コミにある蚊は、全く問題ないホテルでした。"

"Fantastic service, relaxing environment"

"The hotel in general is excellent however they run very loud club style events in the outside restaurant until 1am to 2am and any room facing the lake is almost shaking with the noise, so if you stay and don’t want to party then ask for a room not facing the lake. Zero sleep had after a long haul flight from uk and with early train next day so felt like a very expensive sleepless night. "
