"Need to inspect the room prior to releasing. Food in the fridge and trash. No apologies from the staff when we turned over the leftovers from the room. We stay a couple of nights every year here and noticed that thing’s have been neglected."

"This is the second stay where there were children travel teams staying left unsupervised in their rooms running up and down shouting slamming doors. Until well after. midnight."

"The staff was amazing and went out of the way to get us a room on the 6th floor away from the wedding noise that was there. The valets were awesome, the whole trip was worth it!!!"

"Perfect location, there’s a gas station , and Dairy Queen , walking distance the staff was very nice , room was very clean , there’s a restaurant on site with convenient hours , the pool area had a nice laundry room,the hotel offered free breakfast which was very good . "Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean."

"I checked in to a room with someone else's belonging already there.. they double booked the room.. then found a soiled restroom and when I called they said.. we didn't see anything we were just there.. I said I'm sorry you didn't lift the lid.. but my son went to use the restroom and found .. well you know under the seat"

"The experience was not as we had hoped. Check-in was supposed to be after 3 PM. We arrived at 4:30 PM and all of our rooms were not ready. We ended up having to shower and change in shifts in one room to get ready for a dinner event. When we returned later that evening, one of the rooms didn't even have bedding! The front desk clerk (Cindy) was awesome, despite being overworked. She went over and above to try and smooth things out. The walls between the rooms and floors/ceilings are paper-thin....

"Stayed on our way home from Asheville with family. The property was very nice as well as the cabin. Close to a lot of activities and restaurants on site as well as live music on the weekends."
