Cari Hotel di Virginia Barat

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay, especially considering the price we paid. Upon checking into our first room, we immediately noticed several cleanliness issues. There were hairs on the pillowcases and in the bed, along with visible dirt and debris in the bedding. The bathroom had what appeared to be mold or mildew around the drains in both the sink and bathtub. The floors did not appear to have been properly vacuumed, as there were crumbs and even a soda can tab on the floor....

"It was clean, airy There are no shelves in the bathroom. Hard to organize items there."

"Most everything was great except paying for parking"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and made good recommendations for things to see/do as well as dining options"

"Had to move rooms due to a toilet leak, tv issue and lights not working. Moved to new room and the sheets were gross. The staff was great at working with us though. The property itself was in a great location and the lobby was gorgeous."

"Very friendly staff and visitors"

"Great value. Restaurant was great."

"It’s still being renovated but the room itself was very nice! Staff great!"

"Best hotel for a solo trip"

"We were given a room lower level which had a bad odor. Requested another room - had to wait for rooms to be cleaned. The second morning we woke up to no electricity. No notification by staff as to this issue - we had to go front desk since they were not picking up phones. Power would not be restored for 4 hours. Unable to shower/dry hair - breakfast was included in the stay - with no power we didn’t even attempt - prior day breakfast was mediocre."

"I only have one word for the accommodations, dining and golf…….EXCELLENT!!!!!"
