Nice property, clean rooms. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning units are motion sensed, so they turn off when you're not in the room..or asleep. It was stiffling hot at night because of this.

This hotel could use some updating but because of its staff and location, I consider it the best hotel in Charleston. I don’t care about cheap free breakfasts or free cocktail hours with bad wine and cheap beer, so this is the best option in my opinion.

POOL WAS NOT HEATED! That was the main attraction for us to stay at that hotel. PHONE DID NOT WORK. SERIOUS ISSUES. I WOULD LIKE A DISCOUNT.!
