"Great easy place to crash for a night after a late flight. I got in at 2am and check-in was seamless. I had a central room (no windows) which felt a bit like a cabin on a ferry. But it was comfortable, quiet, dark and so perfect for purpose. The bathroom is a wet head design which I’m not a fan of as everything in there gets soaked when you shower. I advise leaving showering until last."

Spacious double/ king rooms with full amenities including mini fridge & microwave and work desk for those on business travel!! Excellent English breakfast! Within 10 minutes drive of Retail Park & restaurants! Highly recommended!"

"Better signage as to the location of the hotel would be appreciated. Bathroom door does not close...it is not plumb. If using the automated check in at the hotel, it does require hotel staff intervention since Expedia is a third party provider. Odd that 3 of the 4 elevators are in one location and the other elevator is is hidden by a wall."

"Room was lovely and spacious but a little dark as it backed onto the rear carpark m and a wooded area. Everywhere seen was clean, staff were polite and helpful. Parking was a little confusing as there were 2 areas (numbered and not). Wasn’t clear if needed to leave it in a designated place as was leaving the car. Didn’t have breakfast but evening meal was reasonable priced and tasty."
