"We had a fabulous stay at the Grand for our 40th wedding anniversary, the room was fabulous. Spotless, roomy, comfortable with a very large soaking tub in the bedroom. It also had a sea view and balcony (Pavilion room). The hotel arranged a bottle of champagne and card on arrival which was a lovely treat. "A very pleasant overnight stay for work. Check-in staff were very pleasant and morning staff were friendly and helpful with taxi arrangements etc. Room was clean and quiet, with a nice large 4K TV for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was solid, if standard fare of hot breakfast (fry), porridge and vegetarian options. Will happily stay again."

"We stayed 3 nights and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room; a luxury double was clean and the bed lovely and comfortable. We only had breakfast one day but there was a good choice and nice quality sausage and bacon. We would definitely go back."
