"The hotel staff and room were great. It is perfectly situated right in the north terminal. The room was large and very comfortable with black out curtains and air conditioning. What let it down was the bar/restaurant. The food choices were limiting, the automatic service charge was a bit presumptuous as it wasn’t even table service, you needed to queue up to order and collect sauces etc and this was literally in small print on the back of the menu. The breakfast was okay but hot food was not topped up quickly and they struggled to replenish basics like cutlery and milk in the coffee machine."

"The reception staff weren't overly friendly. Also I booked a table at the restaurant months ago for 5pm (I have a little one who normally eats at 4.30pm) to be told the restaurant doesn't even open until 5.30pm and they didn't have my booking. But we did get a table at 5.30. The food was poor, as was the service. The actual hotel room was fine. I thought the bathroom was grubby but it was actually just ring marks and staining in the bathroom. The pillows were way too soft and pushed down flat the second you put your head on them."

"The swim area was excellent, the service was excellent in the bar and restaurant areas. The rooms are very very outdated. The bathroom was not clean. We stayed for two nights and the first day we went out we returned to our room not being maid services we were told we had to request it and there is no one to clean our room now. This was not said to us on check in so we weren’t to know we had to request it. I spent about 30mins to clean the room for my family on the second night whilst my husband and son went swimming. I don’t think this was good enough. Breakfast was good and again service here good just shame about the outdated room and cleanliness"
