"Comfortable room & lovely staff "

"Overall a really good experience, only issue we faced was due to how busy the hotel was there could have done with a bit more order in terms of breakfast. We came downstairs at around 9am and there was a queue all the way across past the front desk and took us about 30 minutes to get a table. Perhaps a booking system could have been useful for times when the hotel is so busy? Apart from this though everything else was as good as I would expect and have no other issues."

"Parking is convenient. Staff in reception and in the Sky bar for dinner were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one thing I would raise is that I knew on a Monday the Sky bar did a se t dinner menu for £17.95 for two courses - but when we arrived we were only given the a la carte menu and no mention was made of the option (its Sun and Mon only from 4pm) of the set menu (which has a lot of the a la carte menu options on it and it is much cheaper) so I had to ask - as soon as...

"It is my second time staying at bloc hotel apartments and its always a pleasure. The staff are A+ very welcoming i had 2 heavy bags and one of the staff members asked if i needed any help taking bags to my room as i was second floor he went out of his way and it much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and i would recommend friends and family to stay here if they need accommodation when coming from out of towm. A+ staff and stay thank you"

"Great stay but my only complaint is check in…. I’m a disabled traveler and use crutches , I stood in a long Que for a long time yet no members of staff offered any help to me. There should be a disability check in. I stay here year after year and nothing changes. "
