"Clean room but needs refurbishing like painting in the toilet/shower and doors. Staff are courteous as always. Amenities are ample. I like the sauna. I am disabled and the staff in the pool area approached and said they can help me get in the pool if I like to. They said I could get in the sauna in the wheelchair which I did and the people inside were all friendly. "

"Hotel was clean and conveniently located for an overnight stay after the show that we went to see at bpPulse arena. Free parking was a massive plus. The staff were all friendly and helpful."
