At the check in they told me “we don’t service rooms everyday, let us know if you need anything”, but I was there 3 nights and none of the days the room was serviced. I wish they would’ve told me “we won’t serve your room”, I thought it was not very transparent. Other than that, it was fine"

"The reception staff were brilliant and so helpful with information. The room was very clean. Kitchen facilities were OK for our needs tho it was a bit difficult filling the kettle under tap of handbasin but apart from that everything was better than expected."
