"This was the 2nd time I have stayed here this trip. Great starting/ ending point if you are taking the Ferry. Make sure you contact the hotel if you think that you will arrive late."

"This is an ok hotel. But don't advertise parking then say no we don't have any and we cldnt accommodate a ute anyway. We booked here as they advertised parking. Also fix the power sockets so they don't hang out of the wall and most modern hotels have USB plugs. This hotel doesn't."

"Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent - big rooms, the little things the hotel does - make up cloth, casting to TV, free cookies on arrival and departure, sante bars and free water on arrival, free ear phones in the gym be good to have available bathroom near gym so don't have to go to room but kids loved it"

"Stayed there multiple time me, bidlg 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people, very spacious, very clean, excellent team, right in the middle of the city, best price for the biggest apartment. Will come back"

"I enjoyed the well appointed room, it had everything a business traveler might need. I appreciated how quiet the room was, super comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Decent hotel gym, and it was good to have an informal cafe downstairs and a fancier restaurant upstairs. Thank you for a very pleasant if too brief stay."

"Very clean and friendly staff. Room size good, bed very comfy. Good location & easy to get to Cuba Mall, shops etc, plus bus stops fairly close. Older building & no double glazing so sound travels easily. Being on ground floor helpful in some respects but not when people gather out front and everyone's coming & goings, noisy."
