"The staff is excellent and efficient. There are a couple dining options within walking distance many options for delivery as well, and the area felt safe. The bed was comfortable, the toiletries are eco friendly, and the hotel is easy to navigate. I also enjoyed a spa tub in my room, which was well worth the extra expense after a long day of traveling. The property and grounds as lovely, as well. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again when I'm traveling in the area. "

"Our original room was extremely clean an pleasing to the eye, but had a urine stinch. The front desk gentleman was very accommodating to allow us to move to another room conveniently on the same floor. I would absolutely stay there again if I'm in the area."

"We had a wonderful stay and even went back for an extra night after our trip to Chicago. We especially enjoyed the constant access to coffee, the pool, and the wonderful breakfast. One of the staff, Xavier, was especially helpful in terms of my husband's special needs(he uses a wheelchair) and gave us two little bottles of wine for my birthday. We will definitely stay there again if in Ann Arbor."

"Isaiah at the Front Desk was amazing and very kind. I missed my turn-off from the freeway and became utterly LOST. I called the hotel and Isaiah answered (poor soul); I told him I was on the corner of Maple Rd & Newport Rd and he took the time to find my whereabouts on a map and told me exactly how to get back to where I should be to reach the hotel. THANK YOU ISAIAH! GOD BLESS YOU!"
