We were welcomed by William, and he was delightful. Offered a glass of champagne. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and quiet. I used the fitness center, but regrettably didn't take time to swim in the pool. The pool area was very clean. I will be visiting Ann Arbor again soon and will definitely book this hotel.

The room was very nice and well kept. I couldn't open the windows though or adjust the curtains but it didn't hurt my stay overall. I was able to get extra towels when needed and the pool/sauna area was really well maintained and nice. The breakfast was always delicious. The one thing that this place could have improved on was the amount of staff in the dining room at breakfast time. Especially since they had multiple events taking place in the hotel the same weekend and therefore a higher guest count. It was very difficult to get service, refills, even silverware or cups. Otherwise, I had a marvelous time and enjoyed my stay very much!

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Busy intersection to get into the hotel parking lot. Room was clean but could tell the bathroom floor was not washed. One of the lamps needed a new lightbulb, and the switch by the large mirror in the entry did not seem to turn anything on or off. It was a little cramped in size, especially the bathroom.
