My sister and I recently took a four-night trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was very nice. However, the fitness room and indoor pool were closed.

Old in need of an update. Horrible lumpy bed. My husband and I both woke up with back aches. We miss bedside amenities, such as lists of nearby restaurants, channel guides, TV manual. It listed several channels, but only a few were available. Certainly not what I remember a Hilton hotel being.

Isaiah at the Front Desk was amazing and very kind. I missed my turn-off from the freeway and became utterly LOST. I called the hotel and Isaiah answered (poor soul); I told him I was on the corner of Maple Rd & Newport Rd and he took the time to find my whereabouts on a map and told me exactly how to get back to where I should be to reach the hotel.
