"We booked this resort expecting the "restful and peaceful stay" advertised, but our experience was the exact opposite. We were placed in a room right next to the dining area, which meant constant, loud noise lasting up until 10:30 PM.
When we asked the hotel staff to move our room, they refused. I even contacted the manager to request a partial refund due to the clear false advertising, but they were unhelpful and claimed the area was quiet after hours—which it absolutely was not. We paid $600...

"The staff were all very nice they greeted us as soon as we pulled up to the valet area when we arrived to check in and upon checking out the valet came and got our valet ticket even before we got to the front desk to check out i highly recommend the westin hotel in bellevue wa hands down one of the best experiances i have had at a hotel and from the staff they just made my short stay great ☺️"

"The size of the room was a nice surprise. Spacious bedroom and comfortable living room with a deck, Kitchen area was well stocked, which was a bonus. Would like to stay here again if we are in the area."
