"Comfortable king room, which we were able to access early & meant we could change to go to the afternoon theatre.
Service from reception & bar very good.
This is a nice hotel very conveniently located in Stratford for easy walking to the theatre and town centre. Would definitely stay again. "

"Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. The bathroom had been shoehorned in under a sloping ceiling - there was no shower, just...
