Booked via Expedia specifically for a sauna/pool and then found out despite being listed as a hotel with pool in the filters it's a prebooking required and hefty extra fee..! The lady was lovely and apologetic so no issue there but I wouldn't have paid for this hotel marketed as having a pool, sauna and lovely rooms (the photo on the website of my room does not reflect the room I'm in). "Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs"

"A lovely property with tasteful decor. All the staff are very pleasant. Palm Court restaurant was really nice, and the gym and swim facilities were good. The Sunday carvery is excellent and complimentary products in the room a nice touch. Not a lot of seating in the bar if wanting drinks only, most of it is for eating. Similarly, car parking is at a premium with a wedding on. Changing rooms are quite small, and could do with a spin machine for drying trunks (many have these now)."
