"The staff were helpful in spite of the language barrier, air conditioning was very poor. Gardens looked dry, not a lush as they appeared on their website."

"Das Zimmer war schon etwas abgewohnt. Es gab keinen Schrank für Kleidung, nur eine offene, ca. 30 cm breite Garderobe für 4 Personen. Die Tür vom Bad fiel immer wieder zu. Das Frühstück war ansich in Ordnung. Allerdings war das Personal teils überfordert. So waren die Sachen teils vergriffen. Im Rührei haben wir ein Plastikteil gefunden. Sowas darf auch nicht passieren. Die Tiefgarage hat ausreichend große Parkplätze, allerdings ist die Ein- und Ausfahrt sehr eng. Die Strecke zum Eiffelturm...

"The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant and bar cafe food wonderful, the majority of staff extremely helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the place is extremely calm and restful. They do need to look at the frustrating pool/spa area … you only get free access with a delux room or above ( they did upgrade me for free at checkin due to my Expedia membership but didn’t tell me, so i thought i had to pay the substantial fee for a while) and you have to book a slot for only 1hr 30mins…then...

"Great bed. Great pillows. Good shower. A/C was just ok. Middle of a massive heat wave, air got cool but could have been better. Great staff. Restaurant was crazy hot no a/c. Food was ok."
