"This was the worst experience at a hotel we have ever had. Air conditioning was a joke. The Pavilion smells musty, no AC in hall & lobby, construction noise terrible. Moved to historic building AC still terrible, black mold on shower tile. Not a luxury experience."

"Ren och nyrenoverad lägenhet i ett mysigt område. Bra med möjlighet att boka parkeringsplats i garage även om det var dyrt. Det enda negativa var att det luktade mycket avlopp i badrummet och att bäddsoffan inte var jätteskön."

"Very convenient the location of the hotel, the room was clean and tidy. The only thing we did not like is the shower did not have a door, so all the water splashed everywhere and we had to use many towels each time we took a bath to keep it dry."

"When we arrived parking was limited due to teams of Tour de France also staying at the hotel so we had to park at the bottom. They had two gentleman running carts to transport guests and their luggage Check in took forever not sure why it was such a lengthy process at this hotel but it was and there was a long line. "This is a lovely, well located hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff is excellent. I was traveling with my small dog and we enjoyed the proximity to the parks and the tree lined walk directly in front of the hotel. Definitely one of my favorites now!!"

"Air conditioner had a constant drip. You need to pay 15 euros to use the pool. Rooms are quite small. Room keys always seem to have difficulty in successfully reading the lock on the door to open your room."

"It was a good location, and had a good bathroom but that is where it stopped. They also penalized me for booking the wrong day even after making the request to change days, which was to book the next day. I had also prepaid for the day booked. So paid for two days and only stayed for one!"
