A good location, clean and friendly

A short 2 night trip to soak up the Olympics and Paris, the hotel staff were friendly and room was clean. The rooms are dated but quiet and comfy so a good nights sleep had by all. Breakfast was varied and plentiful even during busy times. Good transport links to Paris nearby - buy the €16 ticket for all day public transport

We only stayed one night, and whilst the dining area was great and the breakfast was truely wonderful, I feel that the pool was not serviced correctly which is why the 4 instead of 5 stars.

nice hotel

I'm a frequent stayer at this hotel, do to its convenient proximity to my work (and the Velizy2 mall ...). There is a huge degradation in the maintenance level and the cleanliness of the hotel and room (stains on the floor). On the other hand, the breakfast is good (I'm missing the possibility to order sunny-side-up egg ...) and the staff is helpful and nice..

We liked the cleanliness as when we came back to our hotel room the bed sheets were changed and clean and so was the room. However the tv remote didnt work and the heating wasnt working. Also at the food area downstairs it was only breakfast there wasnt lunch , dinner or a bar to have drinks.

In general the hotel is fine, beds are comfy. The bathrooms are tired and well used, our bath looked like it was peeling and had LOTS of long black hair in it. Generally the hotel is clean, the pool area left us feeling a bit grubby. There is lots of construction around the hotel. It’s a 30 euro taxi to the Eiffel Tower or a 25 min drive. Overall we were ok with the stay for the price.

Our stay here was fine. The staff were almost entirely extremely friendly and helpful except for the only man on the late shift who clearly didn’t want to talk to a client for the simplest reason (my card needed to be reprogrammed—for the second time, so maybe I get to be annoyed and not him?). All the women were lovely people. The building is very old and not well maintained and in a fairly industrial business section. But due to the very negative reviews of the restaurant we left the hotel and found wonderful restaurants and boulangerie in a few minutes walk. Great food nearby. The pool was decent enough for a relaxing dip. Very old but still enjoyable. The grate from a ceiling vent fell and made a loud noise during the night. Luckily nobody was under it. They fixed it right away but no comment. I recommend if you get it off the app at a discount. Probably nicer places on the same block.

The bathtub/ shower was not nice. It was peeling and the water did not drain properly. The bedding was clean and the staff were pleasant. There is major road construction in the area so it is difficult to find and get into. The elevators are slow and small so getting out in the morning takes a long time.

We stayed here 1 night on our way to Nantes. The parking entrance is currently under roadworks and is not communicated in advance how to navigate. And lastly the way to the swimming pool is very dangerously slippery, you need to use a stair to the pool. Myself fell off even with the extreme care. Saw also other people fall close to the pool. For the rest breakfast was more than sufficient. Hotel very close to shopping center Vélizy 2 and a tram which can bring you closer to Paris.

Good location for a stop off but the walls or adjoining doors let in an awful amount of noise from next door guests - so if you’re sensitive to that, may be worth considering a different hotel.
