"My stay did not include breakfast, and we chose not to get one at the hotel. The property is within steps of Coop and Migros, and just across the Tasch Terminal. Our room had access to an expansive deck overlooking a hill. On check in day we were told the room was not ready at 1500, but that it would be in "ten minutes." Nobody circled back on us on the tenth minute; we had to call personnel to check on the room since it's been more than ten minutes and we have not heard from anybody. Personnel...

"The hotel was such a welcome oasis coming off a week on the Haute Route. The spa is comprehensive and relaxing, the rooms are quiet and the beds are super comfortable. The pool and family area of the spa can be a bit crowded, but late in the day everything quiets down. I love that they provide a tote and daypack for small adventures in town or bigger ones in the mountains.
I would stay here again!"
