"Excellent stay for my family in Zermatt. Location was perfect. The Spa was a huge highlight. The whole family loved it and it was quite unique and special with views of the Matterhorn. What a wonderful place to relax after long travels and hikes. Beautiful property. Would love to stay again. And the breakfast was very good!!"

"The hotel was beyond excellent, the staff was courteous and very helpful , the rooms have comfortable rustic charm. We loved staying here. I would recommend staying here for your Zermatt experience. Breakfast was delicious, the spa was amazing."

"The room was clean the staff were very nice and kind. Maybe I am used to US hotel services but it felt very customized and catered to us. You can see the Matterhorn from the room if you book the mountain view room. it's mostly the top of the mountain. You can actually see it better if you walk out towards the bus station.
The food was great. Really delicious. The breakfast buffet was amazing too and you can get fresh squeezed orange juice and egg dishes made to order.
I highly recommend this...
