Die Lage: ruhig und doch vom Zentrum nur 5 Min. entfernt. Das Zimmer: uns haben die Holzmöbel gefallen, wir finden es passt. Das Bad war modern. Und alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück: vielfältig und reichhaltig. Ein grosses Kompliment an das Personal: sehr freundlich und aufgestellt. Uns hat das familiäre Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Das Hotel Welschen befindet sich sehr praktisch gelegen, mitten im Zentrum wovon man alles gut erreicht. Die Aussicht vom Hotel zum Matterhorn ist zudem grandios und lädt immer wieder zum Verweilen und Staunen ein. Es ist ein älteres Haus, weshalb der holzige Charm noch besteht: knarrende Treppen, tiefe Decken, enge Gänge. Die Zimmer sind klein aber gut (Einzelzimmer). Rundum alles tiptop. Komme gerne wieder.

If you haven’t been to Zermatt, please go and stay at Hotel Welschen. The hotel staff is wonderful, the rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. They are VERY clean and comfortable. The hotel common areas are extremely well decorated, and the breakfast is some of the best i have experienced in Europe. The location is very good in the village with the Sunnegga funicular just a short walk from the hotel and you have a perfect view of the Matterhorn from their breakfast room. I can’t say enough good things about the Hotel Welschen and hope to visit again in the future.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all points of interest. Rooms were well appointed with a nice private outside sitting area. A well provisioned breakfast was provided. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful including a complimentary ride to the train station.

素敵なホテルで大満足でした。

景色が良くて清潔で穏やかな雰囲気のホテル。中心街から少し登った場所にあるのでテラスからの眺めも最高でした。スタッフさんも皆、感じが良く気遣いも素晴らしく居心地が良かったです。スネガまでのケーブルカーは凄く近いし駅までも徒歩7分くらいで苦ではなかったです。 朝食もパンツやジュースの種類が豊富で美味しかったです。静かにゆっくり過ごせました。またここに泊まりたいです。

This place was very clean and the staff were very helpful. They will pick you up from the train when you arrive if they know what time you are coming in. The breakfast were great and they will cook eggs to your choice if you ask.

Great stay

The stay was excellent - fantastic and very good service. Quite central and the hotel picked us up from the train station so saved us the trouble of carrying our luggage everywhere. Great view of the Matterhorn from the main dining area. Would definitely go back again.

Amazing view and welcoming staff.

Absolutely amazing view of the Matterhorn from our room balcony. The staff was very welcoming and Sandra shuttled us to/from the train station. Convenient location and able to walk to everything. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel

マッターホルンが見える!!

ホテルの敷地からマッターホルンが見れます。山側の部屋だとテラスからも見れますが、反対側の部屋でもホテルのお庭のソファーから見れます。 部屋は清潔で防音対策がなされてるらしく、非常に静かです。 駅から約5分、スネガ行ケーブル駅舎裏の高台です。エレベーター入口にホテルの看板があります。
