"Front desk counter receptionists were friendly. The room is clean, but indoor slipper not provided, tooth brush and toothpaste are not provided too. The location is far, if want to take metro, about 12-15 minutes walk from the property to the Al-Jadaf Metra Station. Breakfast provided variety of choices, and crowded. "

"EL MEJOR HOTEL!! 👏👏 Sin duda alguna la experiencia que tuvimos en este hotel fue increible no solo porque sus instalaciones son majestuosas y te hacen sentir en un palacio pero sobretodo porque su personal es demasiado amable y especial. Todos nos hicieron sentir en casa y estuvieron muy pendientes de cualquier ayuda que necesitáramos. El desayuno muy completo y el spa que teníamos incluido fue ideal para descansar! Gracias a todo el staff por cuidar cada detalle y por siempre recibirnos...
