"The front of house Staff are exceptional. After having my flight to Dubai cancelled, the Airline then managed to loose my luggage. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. Valentine, the Lady also from reception, was just the most wonderful human being, totally professional, with customer service enviable many hotels. "

"Personalmente non ho usufruito della spiaggia, le condizioni dell’hotel erano buone e all’altezza delle aspettative, camera matrimoniale in upgrade molto gradito MA, tutto questo non dipende dal personale in quanto non è imputabile al servizio ricevuto, considerando che nella camera ricevuta pur essendo in ottime condizioni e posizione, non ho chiuso occhio durante le ore notturne in quanto il rumore di arresto al piano 9 era un “Tok”continuo…rumore meccanico proveniente dalle colonne ascensori...
