"Yes unobstructed beach and sea views. Clean room nice staff, so friendly, walking distance to shops and restaurants, right in the heart of JBR. Great location for first timers. Only thing I didn’t love was the pool but it’s fine, there s the beach, and we did beach clubs so it’s fine. There was a great place for us as our first hotel stop to rest and get acquainted with JBR. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety, "

"From the front desk to the restaurant staff and to all staff they are helpful and friendly, we enjoy our stay its neat and clean room and very relaxing specially the private beach access is very wonderful, the neighbouring area is good for walking and there is nearest mall also, the food is satisfying and tasty various food to choose to"

"Overpriced, scam, badest service I‘ve ever had.. first time and last time. I‘ve been charged 160 AED for a small bag of chips and some mini chocolate bars which were on my room. Seemed like for free but while checking out they said I got something from the minibar, which I didn‘t. Then someone looked after the room, said sir you opened the chips and chocolate.. ~40€ for that.. on the other hand I‘ve spent so much at the beach, in the restaurant or in one of the bars.. overall what I can say is...

"Our stay at Dukes The Palm was truly wonderful. We are a family of 5, and our vacation ended up being extended due to the war and flight disruptions. Despite the unexpected situation, the hotel—and the country—deserve 1000 stars for how they made us feel during this time.

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Excellent shower. Only faults were lack of full length mirror and lack of sockets, however did not detract from overall comfort. Slightly disappointed in pool area both due to size - rather small for size of hotel and number of guests and it only catches sun from around 1pm. Beach is only across the road so easy to spend time there. Hotel will supply towels, mats, umbrellas and water. Overall a good stay "

"Insgesamt eine sehr saubere und gute Unterkunft. Essen Top und Personal bemüht. Zwei Kritikpunkte muss ich dennoch nennen. Erstens der Baustellenlärm rund um das Hotel, da hier neue Hotels gebaut werden. Zweitens die Preispositionierung in der Krisensituation, könnte man anders Hand haben. "
