I have two very very small gripes - The room service portions (although delicious) were a little small! I went for the burger and could have quite happily ate another. "Stayed Xmas eve and Christmas night whilst visiting family. Xmas trimmings looked good, liked the Christmas stocking left on the bed.Lovely friendly staff. Nice clean room, comfy bed. Very quiet. Easy to use heating controls and good to have option of opening the window. "
