"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. The hotel grounds are very large and from reception we were taken to our room by Muhammet in a golf buggy. He was very knowledgable and kind and gave us a tour of the hotel. "My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "Tolles Hotel mit herausragendem Personal. Das Spa ist unglaublich, wir hatten eine Massage gebucht, die toll war. Mich hat Leyla massiert, das war sehr gut. Ich fühlte mich wirklich wie neu geboren. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. "

"Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. In regards to food, we were very dissapointed, a lot of options however repetitive, sushi 4 options - two of them with chicken. Pizza very dry. "

The tram was locted within walking distance to visit ither areas like galata towera etx. The hotel had all the facilities we needed. We slept well. Good variety of breakfast options. We would definitely return"

"Amazing Hotel to stay in, all the staff were very friendly but most of the staff spoke 20% English which made it very hard for us to explain somethings. The highlight was unlimited food and drinks. The only improvement I would suggest is the hotel rooms should have kettles as I struggled to have hot water. Other than that I highly recommend this beautiful place. Would definitely visit again! "
