"Lo mejor estar en primera línea de playa sin la masificación de Playa del Carmen no de los grandes hoteles. También el buffet que era bueno en las tres comidas aunque se echa en tablas comida mexicana ( solo opción de dos noches a la semana. Muy amable el personal mejicano. Lo peor que como la gestión de la animación la tiene el grupo italiano Bravo, las chicas de animación o hablan ni una palabra de español, los chicos al menos lo intentan. "We had an amazing stay at Orchid House Tulum Beach. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. The location is perfect — right on the beach and walkable to great restaurants and beach clubs. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making everything easy from check-in to checkout. The vibe is relaxed but upscale. We would absolutely stay here again."
