"3rd time at Bahia, 1 after the ownership change, still find the staff is amazing, activities on site are available and fun. Variety of food at the buffet/snack bars. We go as an adult couple and still find quiet time/ party areas/ the beach gets cleaned daily, plenty of small wild life to take pictures off. Scuba diving not available on site, but easy to book via the tour desk."

"Oh man, I wanted to like this place. I wouldn't support this hotel or any affiliated hotels after my stay here. 5 stars hotel? No not at all. Imagine not sleeping your first night of traveling, because the jets were soo loud it sounded like they were draining the entire pool. I kindly asked them to turn off because of the sound, they stated that they do that at midnight. Midnight, 2am, 4am, 5am still on. "The staff Israel and Fernando we exemplary as front desk and very knowledgeable of the resort and their staff ! Our 30th anniversary was spectacular because of them upgrading us when room was available the last 3 days with a private pool, wine and chocolate covered strawberries was the best touch and the banner! We enjoyed the resort , beach, staff , activities, the weather was perfect low humidity which was a plus to our vacation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We very much enjoyed our stay @ Sian Kahn. Here is why. This property is smaller than the other Bahia Principe properties. Our room was literally right at the 3 pools and restaurant there. We had very little walking. So close to the main lobby, buffet and spa. Yes, the shuttle (which were is good shape and safe) took us to the other properties whenever we wanted. "This hotel is absolutely stunning. Even though it feels like you are in the middle of the jungle, not one insect in our room. The cenote (natural pool) is breathtaking. They have free bikes to use and since the room is a beach town, it was walking distance to some of the most popular spots like Tantra Tulum Ilios the Greek restaurant, both are great scenes to party or enjoy company. The staff was spectacular and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will for sure be coming back."

"Not quite ready for prime time. We had premium rooms and thus the special check in and concierge. Difficult to communicate with over email prior to arrival and no better in person. One day the gym was FILTHY! No towels, no water, no wipes, HOT. No one had checked in for hours. Concierge seemed confused about issue. Making dinner reservations with her was painful. "Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!). One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible. The bathroom was spacious and laid out well. Overall, such a serene and memorable experience—I’d absolutely come back."
