"It was a beautiful condo, super clean. We just freak out when we arrived because we thought the AC didn’t work. " My friends and I booked a trip to Tulum, and we used hotels.com to find a condo near the beach. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location, service, and condition of the condo. Initially, our first condo had no working Wi-Fi. Our contact, Lenin, was very helpful and immediately sent workers to investigate. Santuario Apartments

Santuario Apartments

8/10 Good
"The place was very pretty and the room description as shown. The bathroom didn’t have a door which was annoying when showering and there are A LOT of mosquitos in the property. After the sun goes down you practically can’t go out of your room because of it. Also the bedding didn’t smell fresh, I don’t think it was washed. Other than that very beautiful place and affordable price."
