"An incredible place to stay for the price and location in Tulum ! The room was super clean and spacious, the AC worked perfectly and the bed was massive and comfortable ! Our check in was a breeze with the help of Alphonso, who was incredibly helpful and kind ! Definitely recommend it, it’s only a couple of minutes from all the main attractions and restaurants!"

"Do no stay at this hotel. My reservation thru Expedia was not honored something about didferent mgt. now I’m fighting with Expedia to get my money back. Please do not believe pictures on site. This place is a joke. No spa no room service, one restaurant only open from 8-11 in morning. Place is old, had a broken toilet"

"It’s listed as a 5 star but it’s more of a 3 star resort. Food was mediocre at best. After our stay in Princess Yucatán in Sept 2025 (which is a luxury 5 star resort with exquisite food), we were excited for the food and the restaurants, but it was such a let down. Buffets were bad to mediocre. The steakhouse was so terrible.
Now saying that, the à la cartes are better quality. The Alux was the best and most delicious food I had there so I would recommend that restaurant. The seafood is good,...

"Super clean room, shuttle service was very responsive, making restaurant reservations was easy (steakhouse has the best food), lots of free activities on property.
Only complaint we were not told we needed close toed shoes for the bike tour so we ended up having to cancel.
Also wish they provided shuttle service from airport."
