"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

"Friendly, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite (thank you) which was clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and an evening meal which was delicious. There is a large selection at breakfast including a hot buffet. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from Bolzano Sud train station and it is easy to get into Bolzano by train, one stop, or alternatively a bus."
