"Comfy beds Crappy breakfast Not overly friendly staff Hot water"

"Very nice clean hotel. My family and I stayed there for two nights. The staff was very welcoming and they had breakfast in the morning. Very clean. Recommend to anyone that wants to stay here. "

"The staff were all great. The food was great. The property was clean and well lit. Our room was lovely. Chris was the most outstanding staff member by far. He was friendly and made clear efforts to great each guest at breakfast, even asking what they were doing in the area and recalling the same information the next day. He kept moving through the dining room taking completed dishes to the trash while maintaining conversations with each table. He was also the same way with other staff that walked in. His friendliness was welcome and his attitude infectious. He’s a rare breed and one of the reasons we will return to the hotel again. "

" The one "working" elevator was out of service 4 times in the 48 hours I stayed here. I was on the 4th floor and I'm handicapped. I will never stay here again. Also, no microwave is a huge miss."

"We were put in Building B where there is no elevator. It’s one set of steps but with knee issues. They were willing to give me a smaller room bed in Building A which had an elevator. "

"Room was clean. I had a meeting that I needed to attend and it would be late getting to the hotel I called ahead and the staff allowed me to check in early. I was able to get My key and check out my room and drop off my bags. Big relief for me. Cookie was delicious too "
