"The Microtel is my home away from home. I have been staying there, when I'm in town, for about five to six years. It's convenient, clean, centrally located, the staff is exceptional and the breakfast is good. I don't stay anywhere else."

"Quiet comfortable room"

"We have always loved staying at the Woodcliff, however, it seems like things have changed. Our room wasn't ready at 4:30, when check in was at 4:00. We waited until 5:30 to get in. The room itself was less attractive and maintained (miss matched glasses, fading paint, rough furniture etc.). The volume on the TV didn't work. The room was very cold, but, it wouldn't "heat" beyond 70. The staff were very nice. We didn't complain, but, we won't be staying there again."

"It took us 9 hours to be able to check in. Never was asked for an ID, was handed a room key and was told to come back. Wasn't able to get ahold of property for two days ahead of reservation, because we needed to know if we'd have a crib as requested, we weren't able to. There were smoke detectors cherping due to dead/dying batteries all in the first floor. One room could clearly smell was smoking. The hot/cold didn't match the faucets or sides in any of the spots in the room. There were taped...

"Wonderful property! Staff was extremely kind and even gave us a 'welcome' bag of treats because we were celebrating a graduation. The room was clean, comfortable, convenient. Right off the highway, but quite and peaceful. Amazing breakfast! My daughter couldn't stop eating :)"

"Business trip for husband. I went along. The pro comfortable bed. Cons-shower was awful the floor ended up wet every time you showered because shower curtain was too shortfor shower. Dangerous & had to sop up floor every time. Two nights too long. We did not want maid service hung privacy on door outside. Upon return last day I walked in room just having feeling someone had been in our room. Sure enough someone stole my very expensive pain reliever for my foot that was next to bed. I had foot...

"The refrigerator did not work in my room. However, I was offered another room, but I was checking out the next day, and I had already removed the spoiled food. I also thought the coffee was very weak each morning. My last stay there, a couple of months ago, you had a selection of coffee to choose from, on this stay it was only one choice of coffee which was very weak each morning."

"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"This day was decent I guess. I don't like the fact that I booked a 2 room suite with 2 beds and get there and I'm given a one room suite with one bed and the hotel says there is nothing they can do about it."
