"The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc."

"The first room they gave us has the mattress up against the wall, a ladder against the wall and drywall from repairs they were making all over the place it seller like someone had been urinating in the toilet for days without flushing. The second room they gave us had yellow stains all over the sheets and smelled terrible. We left without staying there. It was so filthy. People sleeping in their cars out back."
