"The staff was friendly. They put us in a regular room when i booked a suite. There were lights out. We got dog hair on our belongings from not being vacuumed well and ants in the bathroom. "

"I don't know why but I was supposed to pay a check in but they had already taken the money off my credit card before I got there. To this date they still haven't refunded day $50 security deposit and I can't reach anybody to talk to with about it. I don't know what cleaners they use but it is not a very pleasant smell overall for the short money it is equivalent to a pay by hour motel in an inner city."

"Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash."

"The nice suite. We only stayed ine night. The breakfast was of poor quality as are all hotel breakfasts. We always go out to eat. The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. Very friendly people. The outlets in my room didn’t work, except by the sink and by the bed. The outlet in those lamps did not work at all. Also, the microwave in the coffee maker were not plugged in when I looked to see if there was an outlet near them now that coffee maker and microwave was on display like if it was Walmart because I couldn’t use them. However, I move the microwave and plugged it in to the outlet by the bed that was in the wall. Breakfast...

"Parking can be an inconvenience and spacing a little tight. Breakfast sometimes late. Staffing not always helpful."

"Watery orange juice was yellow. Pot smell was ridiculousy present thruout hotel, only two working elevators were broken one day, other times was only one working elevator, hot water in lobby not hot for tea, had to nuke it in room, appliances dirty. Kids running up and down hallways unsupervised. Bring your own cleaning supplies. "

"The hotel and staff were wonderful! We planned a trip to The Strong Museum which is literally right next door. It was all by 1 minute walk, best location to visit this museum - specially with small children. The breakfast options were good and food was delicious, something for everyone."

"Breakfast was extra and so we decided to pass at $16 a person. Toilet leaked and ran constantly. Halls smelled like Marijuana and pool area not clean. Overall incredibly disappointing."

"Had to switch rooms because there was hair and grime in the tub. Giant wet spot on the first floor just outside the room we got moved into. Not the best but not the worst either. May not book again though."

"Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves.
