"Overall, we were very happy at DoubleTree in Burlington. We really appreciated the shuttle taking us to and from downtown Burlington. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the dining room was just mediocre however. "

"I’m not a big breakfast person but we stayed in 4 hotels on this latest trip and none compared to the breakfast here. Every hotel chain should send a rep here to see how breakfast should be done. Mexican omelets, large warm sausage patties, red potatoes, french vanilla dairy creamer for gourmet coffee - it was fantastic (and free). The eating area was spacious and beautiful. "Really nice place. Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable enough. It's about a 10 minute drive from Higher Ground, which worked out perfectly since I caught a show there. Nice quiet location. The pool was nice and warm. Went to bed thinking how nice and quiet it was in the room but then I woke up to a crying baby at 5:30am from the room above me. Otherwise it was a really nice stay, would definitely stay here again."
