"We had a great stay at The Osborne hotel for New Year’s Eve, the location was perfect on the
beach
& a short (taxi ride) into town for dinner. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly & breakfast was good. The inside pool area was a little tired but I understand they were due to close for two months for some painting/refurb works. Would definitely go back, the children loved it"

view, however, the beds were quite uncomfortable, with hard pillows. The covers moved out of place and in the darkness, there was a hideous flashing light on the fire alarm, looked like little Alien eyes. "This was our second stay at TLH, having previously stayed in the Victoria hotel. Breakfast was great, but it would've been nice if it was available a little later than 9:45 every morning. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but the indoor pools were superb, keeping the kids entertained for hours. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the

and 15 minutes to Torquay town centre. The only gripe with this stay compared to the last was that the parking is now chargeable unless you hve booked...
