"The staff were great, very pleasant and helpful. The service was excellent. A few things in the room could be improved such as easier access to sockets, faster bathtub filling, clearer light and AC controls, and having a master switch by the bed. Overall a good stay with really friendly staff. Note there’s no beach within walking distance, but they have a paid trip by van/boat to nearby island."

"The property was extremely nice. Literally just as beautiful as pictured. I love the app that’s suggested you download. You can do everything from the app including ordering a shuttle from the room to the welcome center to meet your grab(uber). There’s not much around the property so be sure to download the gran app to get the city which is like 10-15 minutes away. Most excursions were at least a 45-1 hour ride.
