We’ve stayed here before and we’ll stay here again. Faultless in every respect. The suites were top quality, the restaurants were sensational, the staff helpful and friendly (typical of Thailand) and the external and pool areas were impeccably maintained. The high spot was a visit to the Black Ginger restaurant - memorable in every respect.

Still the same great standard

Fantastic second stay in this great hotel. We last stayed here about 6 years ago and it is maintained in great condition. Staff are incredibly nice, good local village for food and the restaurants and bars in the hotel are great.

The best resort anywhere in Thailand that we have stayed at. The staff are amazing. The resort is on a very large area, with good access to the beach and local restaurants. The tin mini g theme is impressive. They clearly went to great effort to make the experience authentic. Well done. This is our fo to place in Phuket. Great for couples.

A very strange hotel. Parts of beautiful, the rooms are a bit too over engineered. The air con was useless. Nice balcony. It’s good for a couple of nights before you fly out but no more. The beach is lovely and accessible direct from the bottom of the hotel

Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved this resort. It is near a popular walking street so you can wash clothes, ride bikes, get food, coffee, exchange money, gifts etc... the buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing with lots of variety. the hotel room was beautiful as well as the property; properly maintained everyday. Pools are amazing, and the beach is beautiful. Only downfall I would say is it is far from popular tourist destination's like Bangala road, excursions to phi phi etc everything is pretty much an hour away. But overall, absolutely stunning place and would stay again.

Excellent resort, stayed for 5 nights. Beautiful decor, room, lovely staff, restaurants that served top quality (in any international city) & varied food. Adults only pool options x2, great happy hours & pool service, but good for kids & families too. Pearl suite was massive with his/ hers massage tables set up & enormous balcony & luxurious touches. Felt remote, very secure, but straight out onto a lovely local village with good (but not crazy) beach vibe, lots of local restaurant options, bars on beach, massage etc. Stayed at 4x 5 star hotels across 3 weeks in Phuket and this was our unexpected favourite! Great first stop from airport (close) after long flight too.
