"Staff, hotel, location, amenities - the best best best!!!"

"Amazing service staf"

"If you want a breathtaking jungle , serene and full of natural sounds pick this place. It's very clean, staff was extremely accommodating and attentive, the restaurant was great as well, really nothing bad to say . We are extremely happy we choose keemala, will sure be back"

"Quiet and great view"

"Exceptional staff!!! They’re the kindest and most attentive staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel/resort… Very attentive, can’t wait to go back!"

"Would definitely recommend getting a pool access room. Was very relaxing swimming and sitting on the deck. The private beach was also great to sit on and swim without being pestered. The food and cooktails where also delicious."

"Beautifully designed resort on the side of a cliff. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with lots of privacy. Highlights were the high quality breakfast (dinner at this restaurant was also great), the main pool area and the gym. Note there are a lot of hills to navigate if you are walking around the resort, but the buggy service is relatively fast."

"Check-in was very unorganized. I waited over 2 hours for a clean room because the room I was “upgraded” to had a puddle of water inside and smelled moldy. The second room I was provided was better, but the overall experience was disappointing. After everything I had already dealt with, I asked if dinner for two could be provided as a courtesy and was told no. About 45 minutes later, I was offered coconut water instead. The lack of urgency, communication, and effort to make the situation right...

"The breakfast was hot and fresh every morning and the staff was very friendly and helpful I would recommend you booking here you won’t be disappointed"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice and helpful, and everything was well organized. The hotel had a great atmosphere, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again."
