The “clean” dishes needed cleaning again. The toilet would run constantly unless we jiggled the handle. "The room had a smell like sewage water, the tv only had 25 channels to choose from, no apps, no streaming, the room felt humid and the south padre location required you to keep the temperature from 69-72 or you’ll be charged. The drinks were watered down at land-shark and the pool area. The food is lightly seasoned. The beach was nice and the pool seemed to be relaxing. The staff was friendly. Overall I will not be back it was not worth it. "

"Food at restaurants were good staff was excellent. We’re they failed house keeping was terrible. Room was not cleaned until Sunday night after I went down to the front desk and talked to the manager on duty. They finally sent the supervisor and two ladies to clean our room. They did refund the fees for parking to make it right. Anyway we are one and done with this hotel. Don’t recommend it!"

"The hotel is located in the Medical District which is quiet and away from the craziness of downtown. The artistically beautiful artwork and finishes give a luxurious vibe throughout the building.
