"walkable to Broadway bars. Quiet if you had pool side rooms. Could be noisey some nights if you had street side. The flag poles would clang and the motor bikes would speed by. But overall great place to stay. Fabulous breakfast, and great staff."

"Room was clean, staff friendly, parking was good. However, I did try to call the front desk 2-3 different times to see about getting clean towels and nobody ever answered the phone. So the next morning I went to the front desk and requested the towels and was assured that they would have housekeeping take them to the room. However, upon getting back to the room there were no towels, only the wet towels. I was NOT happy about that. So early the next morning I called down and the guy who answered...

"We had a nice view of the Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub because it was clean and nobody else was around. Very quiet for being in town. Room was clean and spacious."

"Fantatic property. From the room to the included amenities. Included breakfast, happy hour with snacks and two included drinks. And $25 food credit per day! Almost didnt have to go out to eat at all! Amazing. Will definitely keep this chain in mind for future trips! Thank you very much "
