"The first issue was the toilet roll, it was not new and had a brown stain, which were not sure what it was. Second issue was the cleanliness of the room, dust on all the surfaces when we arrived and still there after two days. Last issue was that unknown to us we should have had canned water and biscuits each day, none arrived until the last day. The staff are helpful, but the whole place is jaded and requires refurbishment. Was obviously a very nice hotel once. It has a swimming pool which is...

"Beautiful location and surroundings. For the price, I expected it to be quite high end and they’re trying to be but don’t quite make it. Room smelt of baby sick on arrival so that a huge disappointment. I think they really lack good, quality staff but it is in the middle of nowhere so maybe tough to get good people. Service is slow, food took sooo long to come out. Gym is like a dungeon, dirty, dark, poor equipment and too small. Pool area was lovely. Room and views were awesome on the whole. "
