"Staff were wonderful beds were hard and uncomfortable room was cold heater. Didn't work tv wasn't working not a great. Deal on menu couldn't have breakfast restaurant wasn't open until late had to take kids out. To look for breakfast"

"Good parking, clean room, towels and linen. Tower fan in room was appreciated during the recent heatwave. Lovely cool breeze from the lake from 9pm onwards which was a relief after the heat of the day. Stayed for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised that the room was refreshed in the morning, including 2 bottles of water, again much appreciated as was the fridge. "We always enjoy our visits to Bosworth House Hotel - lovely staff, wonderful extensive gardens and lots of places to relax. It really is one of my favourite hotels. The very pretty village centre is also just a short walk away. A perfect 'getaway'."

"My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment. The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived. To make matters worse, our room window was at eye-level with a public footpath and car park. Because the room was so hot, we were forced to keep the window open, which completely...

"Advertised. Air conditioned rooms were not Not offered fans or complementary water . The whole hotel was taken over by ball unable to use communal areas .Bar overpriced 4.80 for pot of tea staff which gave one drink checking in nightmare felt like herd of cattle staff unhelpful miserable . Don’t stay here ."

"1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 small bottle of water and 1 biscuit between 2 people. You cannot use the facilities on the day of checkin until after 3pm unless you pay extra. Prices have increased yet you get less for your money."
