Although it’s a 5 star hotel, the service and room amenities is not exactly 5 stars. Just think twice before booking. I recommend going for Marriott hotels if looking for 5 stars. "

We were told that breakfast was served at 1st floor, 2nd floor & 4th floor with same variety of foods. We can choose either floor to go for. In fact, first floor was always crowded due to nicer environment with better foods choices than 2nd and 4th floor. We were asked to go to 2nd floor due to 1st floor was fully occupied but we were then told by 2nd floor front counter that the foods served in...
