"I loved my stay at this hotel from the moment I checked-in. Consistently friendly and welcoming staff in all capacities. Great property and breakfast. Location is ideal for exploring the various areas of Stockholm. Rooftop is a beautiful space to end one’s day with a great view and beverage. Highly recommended. Particular shout-out to Flo, who was remarkable in her friendliness, willingness to assist and flexibility, especially when my travel plans changed unexpectedly. Thank you!"

"Hôtel très bien placé et idéalement localisé. Une literie confortable et de belles chambres. En revanche pour un quatre étoiles, il n’y a aucun aménités dans la chambre (coton tiges, disques de coton, Showroom cap). Une bouilloire pour une chambre à 200€ la nuit et non une nespresso, un peu léger… pour le reste c’est très bien. "

"Todo limpio y staff amable. Si llegas en bus o tren puedes caminar por la estacion, salir por la salida del metro, y el hotel esta a pocos metros."

"This is my 2nd stay with Castle House. This is a charming well-maintained Gamla Stan multi-floor establishment. It is clean, quiet, and right next to the quay. Easy access to the trains, trams, buses and cabs. This was a 6 night stay and I enjoyed every day!"

"Very near bus and train station slussen. Walking distant to king palace and old town. Clean spacious room with common microwave fridge kettle ironing and laundry facilities "

"There are two Raddison Hotels blocks apart. Accidentally booked at both hotels and realized mistake the next day and tried to cancel one reservation. Hotel refused even a partial refund, even thought bookings were months in advance. Won’t be considering Raddison for future travels"

"They claim to be a 5 star hotel but not even remotely close to a 5 star . ( except prices maybe) It resembles the vibe of Soho House just open to the public. The spa access is by time slots! 😳 the room has no phone ( an emergency??) no toiletries or amenities or even a leaflet in the room.... and the list could go on. Definitely not recommended."

"The breakfast here is wonderfully stocked and very fresh. Our room as exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had a great stay. "
