"Neither the hosts nor Expedia gave us no informayion at all even though we emailed twice. The address given to us by Expedia was incorrect. We rang the bell at no.26 to be told we were staying at no 12. Luckily our Swedish driver helped us with communication and we all went to no 12. Who told us we were not actually in the building but at the back down an alleyway. Nor what we needed after a 24 hour flight from Australia. "

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. We got there early and just wanted them to hold our bags and they let us check in hours early no problem since the room was available. I also had to make a change to the reservation because of an emergency and they were very accommodating. Excellent customer service Will definitely be back."

"Everything was so easy at the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. We had a triple room and there was sufficient space in the room. There were toiletries in the bathroom and a water fountain in the corridor. The area was very good and central for places to eat and close to the metro. We walked and enjoyed the beautiful area. We will definitely stay here again."
